Here is the honest answer: there is no q with accent in standard writing. The letter q takes no diacritics in any normal alphabet, so unlike the vowels or letters like ñ and ç, there is nothing to copy and paste. Q almost always travels with U
In most languages that use the Latin alphabet, Q appears only in the pair “qu” (as in queen, quick, Spanish que, French quoi). Because it is locked to U like this, it never needed its own accent, the U next to it does any vowel work.
