Windows, ALT code

Typing C with accent on different language keyboards
The c with cedilla ç is native to several keyboards, where it has its own dedicated key. If you type French, Portuguese or Turkish often, switching layout is the quickest way to get this c with accent.
French keyboard (AZERTY)
French AZERTY has a dedicated ç key on the 9 position, since ç is common in French, as in garçon (boy), français and ça (that). No ALT code needed.
Portuguese keyboard
Portuguese keyboards have a dedicated ç key (right of L), because ç is frequent in Portuguese, as in coração (heart) and maçã (apple).
Turkish keyboard
