A j with accent is genuinely rare. The letter j barely takes a diacritic in any language, but two forms do exist and you can copy them here: ĵ, the Esperanto j with circumflex, and ǰ, a j with caron used in phonetics. That is very nearly the whole accented j family.

Only Esperanto uses a marked J in ordinary writing; the other form is phonetic. No mainstream keyboard includes them.
Esperanto (for ĵ)
Esperanto uses ĵ (j-circumflex) for the “zh” sound in “measure”, as in ĵurnalo (newspaper). Because standard keyboards lack it, Esperantists usually type “jx” and let software convert it, or use a dedicated Esperanto layout.
